Our RENOL® preparations cover all your possible needs:
· RENOL®-ne, based on PET single polymer
· RENOL®-ne/C, based on post-crystallized PET single polymer
· RENOL®-ng, based on PETG
· RENOL®-nt, based on PET co-polymer
· RENOL®-fe, liquid carrier.
All the masterbatches presented are available in four different forms:
· STD: Standard granulometry (2.0 x 2.5mm), ideal for most applications
· MC: Microgranules (1.5 x 2.0mm), suitable for low dosages (0.05 – 0.15% w/w)
· NN: Nanogranules (diameter varying between 0.6 and 1.5mm), round form that guarantees excellent fluidity and consistency of dosage even at very low percentages (0.03 – 0.10%)
· LG: Large granulometry (2.5 x 4.0mm), recommended for film applications.
Dosing Systems
In addition to offering the greatest range of products on the market, Clariant can claim many years of collaboration with the most important and technologically advanced manufacturers of dosing systems. Our Technical Assistance Service can assist you in identifying the most suitable system for your application and type of plant, in order to ensure the proper and efficient utilization of RENOL® masterbatches.
To optimize your use of liquid-form pigment preparations, Clariant, in association with Piovan, has developed an easy-to-use dosing system that ensures excellent color replication even at very low doses.
The microprocessor, which can store up to 99 color recipes in its memory, allows the quantity of dosed colorant to be controlled depending on the pressing parameters set and the desired dosage.
The utilization of the premixer ensures proper mixing of the polyester granules and the RENOL®-fe and is particularly recommended for deep or covering colors.
