REMAFIN® and OMNICOLOR®-wax, thanks to their outstanding rheological properties, to the broad range of carriers (LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, LMWPE, available in several MFIs), to the excellent pigment dispersion and homogenization, are compatible with the entire range of thermoplastic processes utilized by today’s industry: blown-film extrusion, cast-film extrusion, injection molding, blow-moulding, spin-dyeing, raffia, crates, cables. They often provide the ideal solution for complex processes like multilayer blow-moulding and intricate packages such as bottles with recycled content or caps with demanding performance requirements.
REMAFIN®-pe are LDPE-based pigment preparations. Available both as SPC (Single Pigment Concentrate) and as TM (Tailor-Made), these products can be widely used in polyolefins’ sector. Exceptionally high color strength, improved pigment dispersion, color consistency from batch to batch, full range of special-effect concentrates such as speckles, pearlescent and metallic flakes are only some of the advantages our products offer to our customers.
REMAFIN®-pl are LLDPE-based titanium dioxide preparations, especially developed for the coloration of LLDPE-film. When the tightest rheological compatibility between application resin and masterbatch is required and when the state of-the-art transformation processes create significant technical challenges, our REMAFIN®- pl is the solution.
REMAFIN®-pp are PP-based masterbatches. Available both as SPC and as TM, this product family covers all transformer needs in the polypropylene sector. Accurate raw-materials selection, sophisticated production technology, and a deep knowledge of customers needs make these products the ideal solution for coloring polypropylene, even in the most critical application fields: film- and sheet-extrusion, spin-dyeing, raffia, blow-molding, injection-molding.
REMAFIN®- ph are HDPE-based masterbatches particularly suitable for injection molding processes. Usage of special pigments ensures excellent dimensional stability of the end-articles and virtual absence of warpage phenomena. This characteristic makes REMAFIN-ph® the right choice for coloration of crates and articles having a complex shape.
REMAFIN®- pe/C are LDPE-based pigment preparations. Developed in order to meet the technical requirements for cables/wires insulation and, in general, for coloring high-frequency current-carrying wires and cables, they are formulated with pigments having excellent thermal stability and improved dispersibility that enable them to be used also for the coloration of cables used on high-speed lines.
OMNICOLOR®-wax products are LMWPE-based masterbatches developed for the injection-molding sector. The chemical-physical properties of the carrier material make our OMNICOLOR®-wax compatible with a wide range of engineering plastics as well as general-purpose commodity resins.
